Region APC > Service APC > Operating Model & Process Improvement APAC We are seeking a highly analytical and service-oriented Business Process expert -professional to support service operations across the APAC region. The role is responsible for enterprise system administration, business reporting, data governance, user support, and process optimization. Working across platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, this position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and effective business decision-making Responsibilities Administer and support Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and other business applications, including user access, master data, and system configurations Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and related tools Ensure data integrity, system performance, and seamless integration across enterprise platforms while resolving user and system issues Manage master data, reporting structures, and operational datasets to support business and regional reporting requirements Create and maintain documentation, governance standards, and training materials to support effective system usage and compliance Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational excellence initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience in business systems administration, reporting, data management, or operational support Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI mandatory and preferable experience in SAP, , SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 applications Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills Preferably Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) Experience supporting enterprise business applications, data integration, reporting automation, and service operations environments Competencies Business Systems Administration Salesforce & SAP Expertise Power BI Dashboard Development Data Governance & Master Data Management System Integration & Troubleshooting Stakeholder Management Communication & Collaboration What We Offer Opportunity to work within a global renewable energy organization Exposure to enterprise business systems and operational processes Collaborative and inclusive team environment Professional development and continuous learning opportunities Flexible work arrangements and a strong focus on employee well-being Meaningful contribution to operational excellence and business transformation initiatives Additional Information Your primary location will be in Chennai, India Please note: We do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to the advertised closing date.
