Mō te tūnga | About the role This exciting fixed term opportunity through to 30 June 2027 will: Support the implementation of the New Zealand Disability Strategy and improve outcomes for disabled people. Focus on housing policy, with opportunities to contribute to education, employment, health, justice, and other areas. Collaborate with agencies to strengthen disability perspectives in policy development. Mōu | About You: You bring: Experience in policy or related work and familiarity with government processes. Ability to analyse complex issues and communicate clearly in accessible ways. Commitment to understanding the diverse lived experiences of disabled people and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach. Experience in health policy is an advantage but not essential.
