This role blends strategic leadership, future roadmap covering AI, solution architecture, hands-on delivery of systems management and global projects, senior stakeholder management and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

• Execute the finance systems roadmap, aligning with organization goals and enterprise digital transformation initiatives • Drive innovation culture, embracing AI and next-gen technologies • Implement new modules on Oracle Fusion Finance solutions and other applications • Manage delivery of Finance Systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements • Establish leading industry practices • Engage, mentor and coach team and provide them with a meaningful career path • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, communicating progress, risks, and innovation opportunities • Handling external OEMs and service providers

2. Technical Skills

• Sound understanding of industry standard frameworks in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP) • Hands on experience in Oracle Applications Financial, SCM and Projects Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Assets, Supplier Qualification Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, etc.) covering configurations, implementations, solution design for reporting, integrations and others • Ability to design cross-functional solution encompassing process, data and technology solutions • Understanding of SOX and other compliance standards around Financial Systems

3. Other Skills

• Expertise in Finance Process Transition/Automation • Experience in Project Management, Planning and Tracking of large Finance Automation/ ERP Implementation projects • Experience in managing multiple and multi location projects • Knowledge of basic and advanced delivery tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders – Head of Controllership, Procurement, Taxation, FP&A and their direct reports • Cross-functional teams – HR, Legal, Growth Office, Internal Audit • OEMs • Consulting Firms and Service Providers

6. Innovation & Emerging Technology

• Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and progressively implement them in Finance Systems • Champion AI-augmented Finance Systems • Drive continuous modernization through internal hackathons, accelerator programs, and cross-functional innovation initiatives • 15-20 years of experience in managing various aspect of Application Delivery (Solutioning, Project Management) • At least 6-8 years in managing Finance Systems, Transformation and Delivery (including Enterprise Applications) end-to-end Project delivery management (including scoping/requirement gathering, planning, resourcing and supplier management, costing/budgeting, implementation management and adoption for a large enterprise) • Excellent communication skills • Ability to drive cross-functional teams to a common vision and deliver outcomes • Experience of driving transformation initiatives and delivering business outcomes

Education Requirements - Post Graduate, preference for degree in Computer Science (MCA/BE/BTech) with industry recognized certifications

Work Experience Requirements

• A total of 12-16 years in managing various aspect of Application Delivery (Solutioning, Project Management) • At least 6-8 years in managing Application Deliveries and Support (including Enterprise Applications) end-to-end Project delivery management (including scoping/requirement gathering, planning, resourcing and supplier management, costing/budgeting, implementation management and adoption for a large enterprise) • Experience of driving transformation initiatives and delivering business outcomes

Experience in Enterprise Application environment is preferred
