About this role

The Dealer will create and maintain a fun, entertaining, party atmosphere for extended periods of time while dealing various table games. Will provide the best service experience for customers. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None

• Greet each guest with a bright, genuine smile and enthusiastic verbal greeting. • Control pace of the game and inform the Table Games Supervisor/ Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play. • Generate fun and excitement at all times. • Exchange cash for gaming chips according to established procedures. • Responsible for game protection and game control. • Know and abide by Indiana Gaming Commission Regulations, approved internal controls and company policies and procedures. • Other duties may be assigned at any time.

• Must be 21 years of age or older. • Proficient and effective in English verbal and written. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proof of experience as a dealer with a licensed casino or completion of an approved training course in card and dice games. • Well-developed interpersonal skills. • Must possess excellent math skills and have the ability to multi-task. • You must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public. • Must be able to conduct assigned game(s) according to established procedures. • Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude and be comfortable to initiate conversations and create a fun environment for our guests. • Flexible with working various shifts, weekends, holidays, and long hours if applicable. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. • Responsible for fostering a fun environment. Responsible for being gracious to all guests and co-workers. Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company- sponsored events. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures that behavior and appearance comply with established standards. Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff. • Must be able to stand and deal for extended periods of time. • Must be able to consistently meet the appearance and uniform standards for this position. • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. • Must have the manual dexterity to manipulate cards. • Must be able to reach, bend, twist, turn, grab, grip, sort and stack. • Must be able to maneuver from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator. • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, strong odors, dust, loud noises, and bright lights. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a license from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
