ELECTRO-MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN $30-$35/HR | 1ST / 3RD SHIFT | START ASAP PLEASE TEXT ZOE AFTER APPLYING: 513-203-8841**Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic maintenance department where your expertise will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical machinery. You will primarily focus on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems, with 75% of your responsibilities dedicated to mechanical tasks and 25% to electrical troubleshooting. You will work with low voltage systems on conveyor systems and robotic welder machines, requiring a keen understanding of photo eyes and sensors. Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and Stick welding is preferred.Responsibilities
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems. • Conduct electrical troubleshooting primarily focused on low voltage systems for conveyor systems and robotic welder machines. • Utilize skills in troubleshooting photo eyes and sensors. • Engage in maintenance and repair tasks as needed. • Interpret and apply knowledge from blueprints effectively. Essential Skills
• Mechanical troubleshooting with motors and hydraulics. • Electrical troubleshooting with low voltage systems up to 220v, 480v 3-phase preferred. • Experience in TIG, MIG, and Stick welding. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Basic understanding of PLC troubleshooting. • Industrial maintenance experience.
