As a SAP - SD- Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Technology Consulting practice, specializing in SAP technology. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations - Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP configurations to meet strategic objectives - Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies - Guiding teams in the seamless integration and utilization of business applications - Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP solutions - Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables - Encouraging team development through coaching and leveraging individual strengths - Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members - Promoting the use of innovative technologies and practices within SAP projects - Validating data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori - Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation - Embracing strategic technology planning and process optimization - Excelling in coaching and feedback to enhance team performance - Leading business transformation initiatives with a focus on SAP solutions - Developing skills in SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for client projects
