Job Requirements A Day in the Life of a Talent and Development Specialist The Talent Development Specialist applies organizational development and learning (ODL) principles to design, implement, and evaluate programs that strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners with leaders to identify development needs and implement learning strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and high performance. Through leadership development, employee engagement, orientation participation, and career development initiatives, the specialist supports employee growth, career progression, and organizational success. • Designs and administers employee engagement initiatives, including the Employee Voice Survey, pulse surveys, focus forums, and action planning to improve employee experience and retention. • Leads leader onboarding and development programs, ensuring new leaders are equipped with the tools, resources, and support needed for long-term success. • Owns leadership development curriculum, including Peregrine, Art of Inspiration, ad hoc learning programs, workshops, and emerging leader pathways. • Develops and manages employee recognition strategies that reinforce organizational values and celebrate individual and team contributions. • Coordinates mentorship and career development programs to support employee growth, succession planning, and internal mobility. • Serves as the organizational lead for Predictive Index, supporting team effectiveness, leadership insights, and talent development initiatives. • Facilitates focus forums and listening sessions, translating employee feedback into actionable recommendations and organizational improvements. • Partners with leaders across the organization to identify development needs, create targeted learning solutions, and measure program effectiveness. • Leads New Employee Experience (NEE) and orientation activities. • Drives a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and leadership excellence through innovative program design and execution. Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of ODL principles, practices, and methodologies • Knowledge of instructional design and leadership development • Program design, implementation, and project management skills • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound recommendations • Ability to adapt to changing organizational priorities and needs. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Here is What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher • Three (3) or more years of organizational/talent development, instructional design, or human resources experience Nice to Have:
