About the Job:
• Lead origination and execution of investment activities with regards to Shipping, Offshore and related infrastructure with a positive impact on the company’s growth agenda.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES New Business Development
• Work with other internal divisions like finance & investments, shipping, marine services, offshore etc. in developing the new value proposition of ADNOC L&S as integrated Marine Services company in the region and support in the development of ADNOC L&S expansion and growth plans. • Engage with external stakeholders and actively investigate industry trends and specific opportunities for growth within ADNOC L&S’s existing businesses or expansion into new areas and geographies, opportunities with ADNOC group of companies etc. Opportunity Analysis and Evaluation
• Manage the delivery of in-depth opportunity analysis to assess initial fit with ADNOC L&S growth and investment agenda, and compliance with internal policy and external regulations. • Ensure that all prospective opportunities undergo appropriate first line due diligence and consistent and accurate review in coordination with various ADNOC L&S divisions. • Lead colleagues and team members to conduct rigorous analyses including valuation and business case modelling, incorporate well-grounded judgment, and balanced persuasiveness to provide detailed guidance and insights. • Develop and present memoranda, presentations, and detailed financial analyses to senior management • Compile and create periodic reports on status of various new opportunities, expansion plans, partnerships, and contract. Bid Management
• Coordinate with various functions/ teams, contractors, partners, etc. as required, to compile the required information and documentation to assist in bid preparation while ensuring it meets the RFP requirements. • Provide support in developing the technical and financial bids based on the documentation, inputs etc. for new opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Shipping or adjacent disciplines • 12years of experience in shipping & offshore commercial or investment roles
