About this role

Position Summary • Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. • Participates in the assessment of patients. Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care. • Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development. • Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. • Participates in Service Excellence Program. Minimum Requirements • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification • LPN Diploma • Active NC LPN License or compact state Pay Range • LPN (outpatient) hourly range > $21.96 - $32.01 • Final compensation is determined at the offer stage.
