Hematology Launch Lead You will lead the delivering launch excellence for innovative hematology products. This senior commercial role leads the development and execution of impactful brand strategies across the assigned hematology portfolio. The position is focused on achieving strong commercial performance, driving effective marketing initiatives, and enhancing patient access through close cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: • Lead end-to-end launch planning and execution for new hematology products • Develop and implement robust brand strategies to maximize launch success and lifecycle value • Ensure launch readiness and aligned execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory) • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholders to reinforce brand positioning and support reimbursement efforts • Develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans; partner with sales teams to achieve performance targets • Monitor A&P investments and ensure alignment with financial plans and compliance requirements • Design and execute high-impact marketing programs tailored to customer and patient needs • Translate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies •Coordinate promotional, scientific, and educational initiatives, including congress activities, symposia, PR, and collaboration with medical societies • Work closely with field teams to strengthen customer engagement and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives

Why You? Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including business case development, forecasting, and budget management • Proven ability to operate effectively in a competitive and dynamic market environment • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority • Ability to independently develop and execute marketing plans • Strong customer and patient focus, with the ability to engage effectively across internal and external stakeholders • Experience in digital marketing execution, including performance metrics, within a regulated healthcare environment • High ethical standards and a strong patient-centric mindset • Fluent in Turkish with strong working knowledge of English.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

• Relevant experience within hematology, oncology or other specialty care therapeutic areas • Proven track record in launching specialty care products • Strong understanding of the hematology market access and reimbursement environment

Working Model This role is based in Türkiye and is hybrid. Regular on-site presence is required. Expect travel within Türkiye up to 40% of the time.
