⚓ ELECTRICIANS WITH ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE NEEDED ⚓ Support Critical U.S. Navy Submarine Maintenance & Modernization Projects Aerotek is seeking experienced Electricians, Electrical Technicians, and Electrical Installers with an Active Secret Clearance to support work on U.S. Navy submarines and shipyard facilities in Hawaii.This is an outstanding opportunity for National Guard Members, Reservists, Veterans, and Transitioning Service Members to leverage their electrical skills and security clearance while supporting mission-critical defense operations. Job Responsibilities • Install and route electrical cables for lighting, communications, power distribution, control systems, electronics, and specialized shipboard equipment• Fabricate and install wireways, cable hangers, penetrations, and bulkhead stuffing tubes• Install terminal boxes, switches, controllers, electrical cabinets, panels, and wiring harnesses• Cut in, terminate, and hook up electrical cables to shipboard systems and equipment• Assist with installation and hookup of ship lighting systems and power distribution equipment• Install, build, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic systems• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, technical manuals, and work packages• Perform work in shipboard, industrial, and confined-space environments while following strict safety and security procedures Qualifications ✅ Active Secret Clearance Required✅ Minimum 3 years of electrical, electronics, shipyard, industrial, commercial, or military electrical experience✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams✅ Ability to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends as required✅ Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions✅ Able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment✅ Must provide basic hand tools✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred Experience • Shipyard or Marine Electrical Experience• Military Electrical Experience• Navy, National Guard, Reserve, or Veteran• Fiber Optic Installation and Testing• Technical School, Trade School, Apprenticeship, or Electrical Training Program Training & Benefits • OSHA Training• Shipyard Safety Training• Weekly Pay• Competitive Compensation• Long-Term Project Opportunities• Opportunity to Support U.S. Navy Operations• Career Growth Within the Shipbuilding and Defense Industry Military Friendly Opportunity National Guard Members, Reservists, Veterans, and Transitioning Service Members are strongly encouraged to apply. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
