Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionThe warehouse worker is responsible for unloading trucks filled with boxes of medical supplies, each weighing between 20-30 pounds. The role requires versatility in a small warehouse setting, with daily duties including unloading new orders from truck deliveries, scanning products via RF scanner, and entering them into the ERP system for inventory tracking. Responsibilities • Handle RMA processes, reconciling implant banks versus cycle counts with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Update QAD inventory records with data entry, requiring precision and attention to detail. • Communicate with customer relations regarding missing inventory using Outlook, showcasing writing skills and professionalism. • Pick and pack orders, recording picked items accurately on picking forms, requiring good handwriting and attention to detail. • Reconcile loaner banks outbound to customers versus cycle counts with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Update logs and manage internal inventory transfers, requiring precision and attention to detail. • Support all areas as a floater specialist, adapting to various tasks as needed. Essential Skills • Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). • Experience as a Warehouse Clerk, Administrator, or Receiver with skills in inventory control and stock management. • Ability to receive products and manage inventory efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Excel skills, including exporting spreadsheets and navigating through the application. • ERP experience in entering orders or inventory of new products. • Previous receiving warehouse experience.
