Job Title: OperatorJob DescriptionThe Operator plays a crucial role in transferring, stocking, loading, and unloading materials required for production lines. These materials include diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels, and generant. The Operator may also be responsible for checking, correcting, or performing rework of inflators. Additionally, they perform quality procedures and audits, including dimensional checks, as required, and conduct visual inspections.Responsibilities

• Experience in manufacturing. • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day. • Comfortable dealing with explosives. • Tech-savvy, as all equipment is automated. • Ability to lift, push, or pull 40 lbs regularly. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred. • Mechanical aptitude is advantageous for career advancement. Safety is a priority, and the site prohibits items like lighters, matches, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, vape pens, or e-cigarettes. Shifts are structured as 1st (6 AM – 2:30 PM), 2nd (2 PM – 10:30 PM), and 3rd (10 PM – 6:30 AM). Employees must be comfortable working 6-7 days per week, with rotating schedules providing equitable weekend time off. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
