Crafted Highlights: In the role of Finance Manager – FP&A & Special Projects working in Etobicoke, ON, you will be part of the Canada Commercial Finance team. The person will provide finance support to various functions for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Canadian business and spearhead strategic projects at the direction of the CFO. This position reports to the Senior Manager – FP&A and works closely with the CFO, Canadian commercial team, various Finance and Leadership partners, as well as the Molson Coors Technical Accounting, Corporate Financial Planning and Global Business Services groups. This person shall oversee the deliverables of 2 Global Business Services (GBS) employees.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

• Perform month-end close activities, including but not limited to journal entries, accruals, consolidation, financial reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting. • Prepare and review the monthly reports with the Molson Coors Canada Leadership Team. • Coordinate with the Corporate Finance team the results and analytics for the Canada Commercial Finance organization. • Support enterprise system transformation efforts with agility, ensuring alignment between business needs, processes, and technology solutions • Prepare and review our Brands and Regionals P&Ls with the Canadian Finance and Commercial Leadership teams. • Spearhead the creation of regional & channel P&Ls and ensure adoption by regional GMs and their direct reports. • Prepare reporting and analysis for 3-year strategic plan. • Demonstrates the initiative to drive change and influence others in support of the organization’s goals and objectives. • Use accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide objective, timely, and accurate financial information. • Review, evaluate, and prioritize tasks/project assignments and communicate key issues to management. • Quarterback / Spearhead several strategic finance projects in close alignment and direction of CFO, CEO, the Canada Strategy Lead, and other members of the Finance Leadership Team; projects span commercial spend analysis, Investment ROI, cost savings & productivity analyses • Spearhead creation of new Power BI tools and ensure adoption by regional GMs and their direct reports • Lead and articulate the finance perspective on business performance, strategic priorities, and future direction in senior leadership forums/meetings. Key Ingredients:

• You have a CPA (or equivalent) designation or are in the process of attaining a CPA (or equivalent) designation; CFA or Masters/MBA with right experience also considered. • You have at least 4+ years of Senior financial analyst or manager-level experience. • You have strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP), Power BI, O9; more importantly, you have the ability to grasp new systems and tools quickly, including effective usage of AI for daily task productivity • You demonstrate a positive and energic attitude and contribute strongly towards a collaborative work culture

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $89,900.00 - $118,000.00 (posting salary range) + 11% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
