Office Service Representative About the Role: The selected candidate will perform daily job from the reception desk, handling facility management related tasks and also manage the standard guest and office services. If this is you, we'd love to talk. What You Will Do:
• Order office stationery , canteen, catering & cleaning supplies
• Postal requests
• Guests arrangement
• Taxi requests
• Pick up incoming calls
• Verify that all meeting rooms are functional and in proper condition
• Follow up any issue related to building and be in contact with landlord
• Receive / scan incoming invoices
• Approving invoices related to Facility Management tasks
• Paper waste, and document destruction
• Arranging catering, taxi, postal services, courier
• Ordering business cards
• Main point of contact for archiving company
Who You Are:
• Advanced English and Hungarian, verbal and written (please send your CV in English)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Multitasking
• Prior experience on a similar role is welcomed
