This position is ideal for a professional with a strong analytical mindset, a business-oriented approach and a proactive attitude. The role offers a broad range of responsibilities and challenging tasks across controlling, with extensive interaction within the local Finance Team, as well as with colleagues from other departments and our Spanish headquarters.<br><br>Key responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Monthly financial controlling of the region (HU, IT, SRB)</li><li>Supporting the monthly closing process</li><li>Preparing management reports and financial analyses</li><li>Reviewing P&L, accruals and other closing items</li><li>Reconciling and controlling general and overhead costs</li><li>Cost control of construction activities based on approved project budgets</li><li>Monitoring project profitability </li><li>Preparation of annual P&L budgets </li><li>Intercompany & Transfer Pricing</li><li>Supporting the Group audit process</li><li>Active participation in external audits</li><li>Collecting and preparing financial data and analyses for DDs </li><li>Supporting M&A activities </li><li>Preparing ad-hoc financial analyses.</li><li>Providing financial support for management decision-making. </li><li>Identifying opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.</li><li>Participation in the implementation of the NetSuite ERP system</li></ul> <br><br> Your profile Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Controlling/Accounting/Finance/Economics<br>At least 5 years of experience in similar position (professional background in the energy sector is a plus)<br>Experience of ERP implementation<br>Experienced working across a wide range of teams and stakeholders to align plans and deliver business outcomes<br>Previous experience in audit is considered an advantage<br>Language capabilities: Hungarian & English in business fluent required (Spanish/Italian language knowledge is a bonus point)<br>Up-to-date knowledge of Hungarian tax and financial legislation<br>Effective problem solving skills Why us?
