Our client is a fast-growing DTC brand in beauty and wellness, using FDA-cleared red light therapy for hair regrowth, skin, and body care. Featured in Forbes, WIRED, Esquire, and Innerbody Research. We are looking for an Operations Associate to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain weekly EOH and sell-through updates; communicate via SlackSpot-check planning files, catch formula errors, flag stock-out risks and reorder pointsSupport monthly/quarterly forecasts, new SKU setup, and marketing promo syncingTrack order ETAs and align timelines across teamsOwn daily supplier communication (China, Korea, USA); place orders and confirm delivery datesManage POs in ClickUp and ERP (Fulfil); coordinate with freight forwarders and domestic carriersHandle vendor invoices and payment requestsPartner cross-functionally to drive task completion and production alignmentKeep PO/shipping status updated for team visibilityContinuously improve SOPs and document with Loom walkthroughsAssist leadership with ad-hoc projects and initiativesRequirements
2+ years in supply chain, inventory, or data-heavy ops in fast-paced e-commerceExperience coordinating with domestic/international suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLsProficient in PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) AND ERP/WMS (Fulfil, NetSuite, Cin7, Sage, etc.)Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) – comfortable with large datasets, complex formulas, and data integrityStrong admin, reconciliation, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written/verbal communicationAbility to multitask, pivot priorities, and align with leadershipBonus: experience with AI tools (Claude, Viktor, etc.) for formulas or automationsBenefits
