Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator for a UK employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
You will be the engine room behind a UK sales team, turning enquiries into quotes and quotes into orders while keeping the CRM honest. It suits someone who enjoys being the person who actually makes the process work.
You will work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) from home, with equipment guidance, a proper induction and a manager who is contactable through the day. This is a permanent role, not a short contract.
Key responsibilities
Prepare quotations and proposals for the sales teamProcess orders and track them through to deliveryKeep CRM records accurate and up to dateProduce weekly pipeline and activity reportsHandle inbound client queries and route them to the right ownerChase outstanding quotes and keep the follow-up rhythm goingWhat you'll need
Two or more years in sales support, sales admin or order processingExperience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or PipedriveConfident written English for client-facing emailStrong attention to detail on pricing and order accuracyReliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours workNice to have
Experience with quoting or CPQ toolsExposure to B2B sales cyclesFamiliarity with basic reporting in ExcelWhat's on offer
