Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure organisational compliance with UK regulatory requirementsReview and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legislationConduct compliance audits and risk assessments and report findingsTrain staff on compliance obligations, codes of conduct and best practicesLiaise with regulators and external auditors as requiredMaintain compliance registers, documentation and reporting systemsRequirements
3+ years experience in compliance, risk management or regulatory affairsSound knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks and compliance standardsStrong analytical and report-writing skills in EnglishDetail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and integrityExperience with compliance management software advantageousWhat We Offer
