As a Subsidence Claims Specialist , you become the calm in that storm—the expert who brings clarity, reassurance and direction when customers need it most. This role sits at the centre of our technical claims operation. You’ll manage your own portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims, using your engineering insight, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving instincts to guide each case from first report to resolution. Every claim is a puzzle, and you’re the one who pieces it together. Working from home, you’ll blend technical authority with empathy and communication. You’ll translate complex structural issues into clear, confident explanations that help policyholders feel informed and supported. You’ll collaborate with engineers, surveyors, loss adjusters and contractors—always steering the process toward fair, timely and high‑quality outcomes.
