About this role
The Role:
The Junior PPC Specialist role is focused on supporting and scaling Trodo’s e-commerce advertising activities across Scandinavia, the Baltic States, and other European markets. Leveraging previous experience with Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms, the specialist will support campaign monitoring, optimization, reporting, and the identification of new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Support the setup, launch, monitoring, and data-driven optimization of paid advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, data analysis, and budget administration
• Conduct online advertising market research
• Prepare and submit reports on campaign performance and results, and present recommendations for further improvements
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign-related issues, finding creative and data-driven solutions to improve advertising performance
• Identify optimization opportunities, including through continuous A/B testing of advertisements and landing pages
• Ensure that advertising campaigns are aligned with clearly defined conversion objectives and performance targets
Requirements:
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, including hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Good practical knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads), and social media advertising platforms
• Ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions to support campaign optimization
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work
• Good time-management and prioritization skills
• Very good English language skills are required for working with software and developing solutions tailored for international audiences and users and work with foreign markets
• Excellent computer skills and experience working with data
