Role description:
The Knowledge Management Specialist creates, structures, and maintains clear, accurate, and user-friendly knowledge content for internal teams and customers. The role helps ensure information is consistent, up to date, easy to find, and suitable for both people and AI-powered self-service tools.
Responsibilities:
• Turn operational workflows, technical processes, and policies into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Maintain and improve knowledge bases, FAQs, SOPs, procedure guides, and Help Center content.
• Define and maintain documentation standards, templates, version control, and review processes.
• Regularly review existing content to identify gaps, outdated information, and inconsistencies.
• Structure content for different audiences, including internal teams, customers, chatbots, and Generative AI tools.
• Use self-service metrics and feedback to prioritize content improvements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure documentation is accurate and useful.
Requirements
• Experience in knowledge management, content management, technical writing, customer experience, process documentation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining knowledge bases, SOPs, FAQs, procedure guides, or Help Center content.
• Strong ability to turn complex information into clear and structured content.
• Understanding of knowledge management, self-service, and customer experience principles.
• Ability to adapt content for internal teams, customers, and AI-powered tools.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and quality assurance skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing several priorities.
• Confident working independently and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Excellent written English.
