Title: Sales Enablement Lead

Reports to: VP of Sales

Based at: 1145 Innovation Drive, Suite 200, Kanata ON This is a new and exciting opening at PureLogic!

The Sales Enablement Lead serves as the trusted operational partner and second-in-command to the VP of Sales, ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and day-to-day business activities. This role combines executive support, project coordination, business operations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize organizational effectiveness. The Sales Enablement Lead acts as the central point of coordination across internal teams, external partners, marketing, and key stakeholders while proactively managing priorities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects remain on schedule.

Responsibilities / Activities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison supporting the VP.

• Coordinate daily priorities, meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.

• Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

• Maintain project documentation and status updates.

• Maintain and update NetSuite (NS) dashboards and operational reporting.

• Coordinate activities and follow-up between partner organizations and internal teams.

• Track partner commitments, deliverables, and action items.

• Work closely with Marketing to ensure campaign activities, events, and initiatives remain aligned with business priorities.

• Maintain accurate records of decisions, action items, and project documentation.

• Draft communications and briefing notes for executive review.

• Ensure information is communicated effectively across stakeholders.

• Assist with sales presentations.

• Continuous upgrade of knowledge of Government procedures.

• Conduct periodic CRM audits and publish findings/remediation plans.

• Support onboarding/training for new reps (materials, coaching plans, ramp guidance).

• Work with marketing/product/customer success to ensure reps have current materials and pricing guidance.

• Maintain documentation of sales processes and ensure consistent adoption.

Skills and Attributes

• 3+ years supporting senior leadership or executives

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field preferred

• Strong administrative and operational management experience

• Experience preparing executive reports and dashboards

• Strong administrative and operational management experience

• Quick learner with acute attention to detail is essential

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• NetSuite or similar CRM systems experience

• Cross-functional coordination: able to align sales with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure reporting and enablement materials are accurate.

• Highly proactive and self-motivated

• Solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment

• Sales experience an asset

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

$80,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications and alignment with the requirements of the role.
