Title: Sales Account Executive
Reports to: VP of Sales
Based at: 1145 Innovation Drive, Suite 200, Kanata ON This is a new and exciting opening at PureLogic!
We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic, result-oriented, and fully engaged team. In this role you will further develop PureLogic IT’s client base with local accounts.
Having strong experience in a VAR, you will be leveraging current contacts for gain and selling to a defined account list for government and enterprise. You will be driving new business, develop existing clientele, follow up on leads and all other sales related activities.
Responsibilities / Activities
• Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business for PureLogic IT.
• Leading, sharing experiences or training other members of the account team to be a successful sales team.
• Ensuring outstanding customer service is provided at all times to all clients and partners.
• Building business plans as agreed to or assigned with specific targets.
• Achieving sales targets as agreed upon in collaboration with the VP of Sales.
• Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives and working with the VP of Sales to achieve business requirements of each individual client.
• Participating in client meetings and always working proactively, employing outcomes driven approach.
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Completing administrative work, as required.
• Continuous upgrade of knowledge of Government procedures.
• In partnership with Inside Sales and System Engineers determine solutions which best meet client needs.
• Cold calling to book direct sales meetings.
• In partnership with VP of Sales, identify target vertical and pre-qualify potential clients.
• Partnering with Inside Sales on run-rate opportunities.
• Forecast weekly within PureLogic forecasting tool.
• Developing account plan as required on targeted accounts.
• Participating in weekly sales meetings, company sponsored events and marketing campaigns.
• Acquiring and maintaining technical knowledge of products and services being offered.
• Participating in training as required both in NCR and occasional travel.
• Developing relationship with manufactures and understand their business.
• Demonstrating passion to sell and support clients’ needs and requirements.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Existing contacts with current Shared Service or Government Organizations.
• Knowledge of Government procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in all MS Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• ERP/CRM/Accounting Software experience is an asset.
• Quick learner with acute attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent mathematical skills and retention of data is essential.
• Positive, client focus attitude is required.
• Ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
