Description The Instructional Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting customer requirements for the client(s) and assisting with all aspects of adult training to include, but not limited to course enrollment, registration support, classroom management and scheduling, and post-training evaluation collection and analysis.

Must have an active TS/SCI with polyBachelor's degree and at least 4+ years of equivalent work experience5+ years working with mission supportExcellent facilitation skills that engage participants and studentsManage complex relationships with stakeholders in an environment with short deadlines and high business impactDemonstrated experience using office productivity softwareAptitude for accurate and detail-oriented workStrong customer service skillsSolid organizational skills, including ability to manage competing priorities for self and others, meet deadlines, and exercise good judgmentEffective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for providing customer service in a diverse academic environment, and for interacting with senior client management, client and adjunct faculty, and studentsWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to negotiate fairly and rationally, and exercise sound judgment under time pressure or in emotionally charged situations Desired

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
