Roles and Responsibilities:
You will actively contribute to the main financial planning, analysis and reporting cycles of key business KPIs (income statement, balance sheet and operational metrics), with a strong focus on process improvement and continuous learning. You will be part of multiple initiatives to help you grow your personal and professional knowledge, such as technical training/knowledge sharing sessions and roundtables with senior leaders from the business.
According to the core scope of your role, you will work cross-functionally with finance, commercial operations, supply chain and engineering to ensure standard frameworks are in place and to drive accountability. We currently offer internship experiences in the below functional areas: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Statutory & Tax Project/Operational Finance Controllership Global Supply Chain and Sourcing Finance

Qualifications/ Requirements: Eligibility: Italian work permit is required Candidate Profile: ready to graduate or very recent graduate from an MSc or Master's degree Education: Major in Accounting or Finance is considered a plus Experience: Previous experience in a multinational environment is highly valued International experience: participation to exchange programs will be considered a plus Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other financial tools Work Flexibility: Primarily office-based
EMPLOYMENT DATES: Internship duration: minimum 6 months, potential extension up to 12 months (evaluated on a case-by-case basis) Full time work preferred: 40 hours/week, with some flexibility related to study/exam commitments
