About the role Our Green River Leadership Team, composed of leaders across Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Environmental, Logistics, and other key functions, focuses on driving safety, production, quality, cost performance, and employee engagement across the site. As an Executive/HR Assistant, you will provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Resident Manager and Human Resources team while serving as a key contributor to employee and community relations activities. In this highly visible role, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders, support site leadership initiatives, and help foster a positive employee experience across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to play an important role in site operations, employee engagement, community outreach, and leadership support while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You will be accountable for: Provide administrative and organizational support to the Resident Manager, Human Resources team, and site leadership staff Coordinate internal and external communications, employee engagement initiatives, and community relations activities Support recruiting, onboarding, absence management, temporary workforce administration, and employee communications Prepare reports, maintain records, manage invoices and budgets, and ensure accurate administrative documentation Plan and execute meetings, recognition programs, special events, travel arrangements, and other site-wide initiatives We offer permanent at-will employment based onsite in Green River, Wyoming, working a 4/10 schedule About you Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field required. 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, executive support, human resources, or business support role. SHRM certification is preferred but not required. Experience supporting senior leaders, managing confidential information, and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is highly valued. The base pay expected for this role is: $87,200-$130,800 per year in the United States. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
