Job Overview Purpose Implement purchase order, manage supply chain and optimize purchasing channel & methods with the objective of ensuring cost-effective, on-time delivery and good service to internal customer and external customer within the TE purchasing policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Order management (i) Based on customer orders, create Purchase Order; (ii) Follow up order confirmation , on time delivery and the correct shipping method; (iii) Escalate delivery issues to supervisor; (IIII) Demand management, forecast; Material full kit on FO shortage report; In order to provide on-time delivery to production. Inventory management (i) High value inventory consumption plan, analysis and scrap method. (ii) EM15/20 report, cancellation or reschedule in/out; (iii) Lead the internal supplier materials to localization; (IIII) Rebalance the inventory of the affiliated plants; In order to achieve ITO target Supplier Management (i) Review supplier performance (cost, delivery, quality) on a monthly basis; (ii) Draft action plan according to suppliers' performance result; (iii) Participate annual suppliers audit meeting; (IIII)Working with sourcing team develop the supplier to set up consignment; In order to improve supplier quality level. Others (i) Handling materials return and replacement; (ii) Handling of vendor payment exceptions; Job Requirements Graduated with engineering or Business 3 years purchasing or sourcing experience Read, written and basic oral English Good leadership Communication skills Open minded Pressure management capability Team work Resourceful in handling emergencies and deadlines What your background should look like Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
