A deep knowledge of HRIS systems and managing and optimising SAP SuccessFactors implementations across various business environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS SuccessFactors Management and support SAP SuccessFactors Expertise and Technology Proficiency Solution Design and Implementation System Optimisation and Continuous Improvement REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION B-degree in Human Resources /IT/Business Analysis REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 5 years experience in SuccessFactors System development DESIRED EXPERIENCE Previous system experience REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Change Management & Implementation Relevant People Systems (e.g. SAP Success Factors) Digital literacy, with specific reference to MSOffice suite, skilled in the use of multiple HR Systems, ranging from SAP Successfactors talent suite, payroll and Tableau etc. Knowledge of Content Management System platforms e.g. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, sharepoint etc. Electronic survey tools e.g. Survey Monkey, Google Forms, and Survey Gizmo etc. Computer Software (eg.
