Strong Command over English. • Enunciation ability. • Interpersonal skills like listening, questioning, intonating. • Self-driven, result oriented, team player. • Should possess right attitude, patience and a habit of working hard. • Hands on experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). • Solid analytical skills • Curiosity and interest in analyzing, understanding process in depth. • Proactive handling of files for potential recovery. • Interacting with US based attorneys, insurance companies and hospitals. • Notifying other parties of the recovery interest; conferring with them concerning settlement. • Maintaining accurate file documentation. • Responding timely to all electronic, written and verbal communications. • Using available resources to investigate on paid claims. • Reviewing and evaluating accident or incident reports, individual claims, medical or other documents relating to funds paid. • Adhering to established settlement authority levels. • Evaluation, Aggressive negotiation and recoveries. • Maintaining a high level of productivity, Quality and confidentiality • Should be capable of taking on additional responsibilities as a senior executive and contributing ideas to improve processes, while developing the skills needed to progress to the next level as an assistant manager.
• Qualifications:
12th Grade
• Experience:
3 to 6 years’ experience in an international voice process.
US Healthcare Experience preferred
