• Experience: 5–10 years (80–90% backend, 10% -20% UI) • Backend Skills: • Strong Spring Boot and Microservices development • Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and testing experience
• Frontend Skills: • Hands-on experience on developing React or Angular. • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• AI Copilot Skills: • Ability to leverage AI Copilot tools for productivity, code assistance, and accelerating development workflows
• Other Requirements: • Familiarity with GitHub, branching strategies, and build processes • Strong communication skills for collaboration with users, business stakeholders, and technical teams • Good to have: Experience in the hospitality domain
• Role Expectations: • Individual contributor. • Independently handle enhancements, bug fixes, and end‑to‑end delivery • Quick learner, adaptable, proactive in closing tasks
• Develop and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. • Contribute to UI development with frameworks like React or Angular. • Leverage AI Copilot tools to accelerate coding, improve productivity, and enhance solution quality. • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, users, and technical teams to deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and end-to-end solutions independently. • Ensure code quality and process adherence by following GitHub workflows, branching strategies, CI/CD practices, and conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. • 8–12 years of professional experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, Microservices). • Working knowledge of UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like React or Angular. • Familiarity with AI Copilot tools for code assistance and productivity. • Strong understanding of GitHub workflows, branching strategies, and build processes. • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Good to have: Experience in the hospitality domain.
