HALE KOA EXCHANGE - Customer Experience Associate
Job Description: Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements: LOCATED IN WAIKIKI HALE KOA HOTEL. STORE HOURS 07:00 TO 22:00 (10 PM) DAILY. REGULAR SCHEDULE MID-AFTERNOON 13:45 TO CLOSING 22:15 SHIFT TO INCL WK ENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
Job Qualifications: Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.
