SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER
Job Description: SharePoint Developer will build and maintain our SharePoint Online environment. This position serves as the primary owner of the SharePoint platform and carries substantial latitude in how it is designed and implemented. Our Microsoft 365 organization operates in a government cloud (GCC High) tenant. Prior government cloud experience is not required. Experienced with SharePoint Online will be supported in learning the differences.
Responsibilities: • Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, and lists. • Design site structure, document libraries, metadata, and search configuration so that content remains organized and readily locatable. • Meet with departments to understand their requirements and implement practical SharePoint solutions. • Automate routine business processes using Power Automate where it delivers measurable efficiency gains. • Troubleshooting SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams related issues. • Migrate content from legacy file shares into SharePoint. • Provide guidance and training to staff to support platform adoption. • Maintain configuration notes sufficient for another administrator to support the environment. • Follow instructions from supervisors and work well independently, as well as with a team. • Responsible for participating in the quality management system initiatives and adhering to all requirements.
