If you have the required skill set, education requirements, and experience, please click the submit button and follow the next steps.Summary Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Developer I / Instructional Developer I to provide developmental and production support for Navy curriculum revision efforts under the CTC program.
Essential Functions
Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials. Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools. Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits. Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs. Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews. Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience creating assessments Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and attention to detail Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Superior organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to follow technical direction Ability to interact effectively in a multicultural setting Excellent customer service skills Ability to work effectively on a team with colleagues in various employment categories such as active duty military, civil service government employees and other contract employees

Work Environment
This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of Navy leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.
Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected
Experience
Zero to three years of Navy curriculum development experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
