Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a ATS - Material Coordinator- 2nd shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $22 per hour.

What you’ll do: The ATS - Material Coordinator will ensure material availability at point of use to designated zone of product line. Kit all parts per the Bill of Material for a work center and ensure they are available prior to assembly start. Frequently check the accuracy of bills of materials and work towards improving their accuracy. Communicate with the fabrication and supply chain team in order to ensure part availability and shortages.

Job Responsibilities A. Pull BOM Packets and sort through them for drawings and information B. Gather Panel Build Steel into kit C. Gather Electrical BOM components and stage with steel kit D. Cut Dinrail and place Dinrail with parts kit E. Retrieve Device labels from Nameplate Area and place with Packet F. Assign and prioritize Panel Build units per schedule G. Track parts shortages and fill out shortage sheets H. Retrieve Wire markers from Nameplate area I. Retrieve Wires from Wire machines J. Stage and transfer Wires, Built Panel, Wire markers and steel panel and sides at wire station as wire person has need for new work K. Transfer panels from wire table and prioritize for Inspection completed wire modules on Inspection conveyor, tower, etc. L. Return and manage with B2 to repair or replace of all boards used to stage panels material M. Make Tool crib runs or new tools requests as needed for all stations N. Assist with parts expedites as needed O. Drive Fork truck if needed to get parts and move units P. Re-stock all panel workstations with needed hardware and terminals, wire ties, as needed

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: • High school diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution • Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous Material Handling Experience • Two years of direct manufacturing experience or equivalent • Working knowledge of the LVA Panel Build and Wire area and a working knowledge of the manufacturing operations. • Associates Degree in related field
