Main duties of the job As a Residential Senior Carer at Barchester care home, you will oversee the diverse requirements of our residents to ensure high-quality, person-centred care and support. Suitable candidates will hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Experience in a residential care environment, along with demonstrated team leadership skills and a capacity for making decisions in support of resident wellbeing, is crucial.
