To join as a Care Assistant in complex care, you'll need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are essential, along with the compassion needed to provide the highest standard of care and support for all residents. In return, all necessary training will be provided.
