You will play a key role in informing investment decisions, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct primary research through interviews with operators, hyperscalers, customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders • Collect, validate, and analyse data on supply/demand, capacity, pricing, and pipeline developments • Analyse data center and cloud market dynamics, including hyperscale, colocation and emerging infrastructure trends • Analyse competitive positioning across operators, hyperscalers and colocation providers, including expansion strategies, partnerships and investment activity • Monitor regulatory, policy and technology developments impacting the sector • Support cross-regional research initiatives across Asia mainly and other markets if and when needed
Requirements
• Preferably Data Center experience • To be either based in Indonesia/Thailand • Proven experience in hands-on primary research (stakeholder interviews, market engagement, surveys) • Background in market research, strategy, competitive intelligence, or analytics • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Understanding of infrastructure, real estate, or technology sectors is advantageous • Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones • Willingness to travel • Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
