We are looking for a Data & Insight Specialist to join our team at Arla’s head office in Solna, Stockholm. In this role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, develop data and reporting solutions, and help our commercial teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. About the role As a Data & Insight Specialist at Arla, you will play a key role in strengthening data-driven decision-making across our commercial organization. You will combine analytical expertise, business understanding and a strong data product mindset to maximize the value of both internal and external data. You will own and develop a portfolio of commercial data products and solutions and work closely with colleagues across Category Development, Sales and Marketing. An important part of the role is also managing external data providers and ensuring that the data and solutions we invest in create tangible value for the business. In this role, you will

• Own and manage a portfolio of commercial data products, reporting solutions and analytical capabilities. • Integrate and work with data from multiple internal and external sources to deliver reliable and actionable business insights. • Develop and continuously improve dashboards, reporting solutions and analytical tools that support Customer Marketing and the broader commercial organization. • Manage syndicated market and shopper data from external partners and ensure that data deliveries meet Arla’s business requirements and quality standards. • Own relationships with key data suppliers, including budgets, contracts and commercial negotiations with partners such as NielsenIQ, ICA Self-Serve, Matpriskollen and other market data providers. • Partner closely with Category Development, Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to translate business needs and challenges into relevant analytical solutions. • Turn data into meaningful category, shopper and commercial insights that support both strategic and operational decision-making. • Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide data-driven recommendations on business opportunities, risks and performance. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve and automate data processes, analytical capabilities and ways of working. What you need to succeed To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of analytical expertise, technical capability and commercial understanding, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights. We are looking for someone who has

• 5+ years of relevant experience within business intelligence, analytics, data science or a related field. • A relevant degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics or equivalent practical experience. • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets, modern data platforms and both relational and NoSQL databases. • Strong Power BI capabilities, with experience designing and developing intuitive dashboards and reports from concept to deployment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities and business risks. • Experience with data process automation, testing and data quality assurance. • Experience working in cloud-based data and analytics environments. • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust and influence decisions through data-driven recommendations. • A solid understanding of commercial KPIs, category management, pricing and promotion metrics. • Experience working effectively across functions and stakeholder groups. • Strong communication skills in English. Swedish is an advantage It would be an advantage if you also have

• Hands-on experience with Python, Spark/Hadoop, R or similar analytical and data engineering technologies. • Experience applying AI, machine learning, predictive analytics or generative AI to business challenges. • Experience from FMCG, retail or consumer goods. • Experience working in an international environment.
