Job Highlights This strategic leadership role will oversee the pharmacy revenue cycle program, focusing on optimizing revenue capture, reimbursement, charge integrity, billing compliance, operational efficiency, and financial performance across pharmacy services. The Director will partner closely with pharmacy operations, finance, revenue cycle, compliance, managed care, and information technology teams to advance organizational goals and support exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing leadership and oversight of pharmacy revenue cycle operations and strategy • Identifying opportunities to improve revenue capture and reimbursement performance • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, payer, and organizational billing requirements • Partnering with stakeholders to optimize workflows, reporting, and financial outcomes • Monitoring key performance indicators and driving continuous process improvement initiatives • Leading and developing team members while fostering collaboration across departments We are seeking candidates with demonstrated leadership experience, strong financial and operational acumen, and a passion for advancing pharmacy services through innovation and collaboration. Job Description To align the goals and objectives of the organization with the department and responsible for oversight of the implementation of major initiatives/growth and change strategies. To be involved with patient care and staff development/hiring/discipline decisions providing the highest level of judgment and decision making. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
