About this role

DescriptionPosition Summary- Our client is seeking a highly experienced and tenured Paralegal to support both Enterprise Procurement and Legal teams within a large corporate environment. This individual will play a critical role in managing contract review, remediation efforts, drafting support, and contract lifecycle management activities while helping address a significant volume of contract work.- This position is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has extensive experience partnering with legal, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Review contracts and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency- Assist with drafting amendments, notices, summaries, and standardized contract templates- Support contract remediation and repapering projects across the organization- Monitor contract milestones, key dates, obligations, and approval workflows- Coordinate contract execution activities between legal, procurement, and business stakeholders- Maintain contract records, documentation, and repositories within contract management systems- Support contract intake, routing, execution, and ongoing lifecycle management processes- Identify non-standard contract terms and escalate potential legal risks to attorneys as appropriate- Assist with reporting, tracking, and operational initiatives related to enterprise contracting activitiesSkillscontract management, contractTop Skills Detailscontract managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsRequired Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Paralegal, Contract Management, Legal Operations, or a related field- Strong knowledge of commercial contracting processes and contract lifecycle management- Experience reviewing, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of contract documentation- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills- Strong written and verbal communication abilities- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business partnersPreferred Qualifications- Healthcare industry experience- Banking or financial services contract experience- Experience supporting large enterprise organizations- Experience partnering with corporate legal departments, procurement teams, or sourcing organizations- Familiarity with technology, professional services, and operational agreements- Experience supporting contract remediation, repapering, amendments, renewals, and compliance initiatives- Experience maintaining contract repositories and tracking contractual obligations- Knowledge of contract management systems and document management platformsExperience LevelExpert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
