What You'll Do As a Maintenance Planner/Analyst, you will:
• Develop, coordinate, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. • Analyze maintenance data, work orders, and equipment performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams to optimize asset performance. • Build and maintain detailed job plans, including labor requirements, materials, equipment, and estimated completion times. • Monitor maintenance KPIs and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure maintenance schedules are aligned with production requirements and business priorities. • Manage maintenance documentation and support the integrity of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). • Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, improve productivity, and enhance equipment reliability. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and maintenance cost analysis activities. • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence. • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Maintenance Management, or a related field. • Experience in maintenance planning, maintenance operations, reliability, manufacturing, industrial, or utility environments. • Strong working knowledge of CMMS platforms such as SAP, Maximo, Infor, or similar systems. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.401k company match, paid holidays, 2 week of PTO, and boot reimbursement.
