Job Title: Data Creator Job DescriptionThe Data Creator operates sensor-equipped systems to perform human-like motions that guide robots and generate high-quality motion data for AI model training. This role focuses on precise data collection, careful observation of system behavior, and consistent feedback to improve robotics and AI performance while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.Responsibilities

• Wear and operate sensor equipment to perform human-like motions that guide robotic systems. • Collect accurate, high-quality motion data to support the training of AI models. • Monitor equipment and data collection processes to identify issues, bugs, or anomalies. • Flag and document any problems encountered during data collection and communicate them clearly to the team. • Provide daily feedback on data quality, workflow, and equipment performance to support continuous improvement. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace throughout all operations. • Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and reliability of collected data. • Stay focused and on task during repetitive work to ensure consistent data quality and productivity. Essential Skills

• Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital tools and interfaces. • Ability to perform accurate data entry and handle structured data collection tasks. • Experience or aptitude for testing and validating systems or processes. • Familiarity with data collection workflows in production or lab environments. • Basic understanding of production environments and process discipline. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting. • Familiarity with electronics and computer systems. • Excellent physical coordination and spatial awareness to perform precise motions. • Ability to maintain focus for extended periods and stay attentive during repetitive tasks. • Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to apply it to improve performance. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving processes. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
