Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in assisting on the fabrication and production line. Your responsibilities will include loading, feeding, and removing materials from machines, performing basic assembly, cutting, or trimming of foam products, and inspecting parts for quality and defects. You will also maintain a clean and organized work area, while adhering to safety and production guidelines. Work EnvironmentYou will work a shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with two breaks, and are expected to arrive 5 minutes early for a mandatory 7:00 AM meeting. The first 3 weeks will involve intensive training, shadowing, and watching, depending on how quickly you pick up the job. The work environment is fast-paced, and you must be comfortable standing for an entire shift and lifting up to 50 lbs if required. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is appreciated. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Mansfield, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
