Job Title: Entry Level RecruiterJob DescriptionThe Entry Level Recruiter role combines sales, recruiting, and relationship-building to connect qualified candidates with rewarding career opportunities. Responsibilities • Identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools. • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Partner closely with an Account Manager to understand client needs, target skill sets, and key market segments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts to gain market knowledge, referrals, and sales leads. • Perform customer service activities to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients. • Contribute to community initiatives by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations. • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared recruiting and sales goals. • Utilize computer systems and tools to manage candidate information, track activity, and support recruiting workflows. Essential Skills • Customer-focused or sales-focused experience. • Experience collaborating effectively in a team environment. • Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. • Basic to intermediate computer skills for sourcing, communication, and data entry. • Interest in sales, recruiting, and working in a competitive, results-oriented environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Previous experience in recruiting or staffing is beneficial but not required. • Ability to learn and use various recruiting and sourcing tools. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Motivation to grow into advanced recruiting and sales career paths.
