Kit Builder / Packager- Pay up to $18.50/hr- IN. Hiring Immediately | Indianapolis, IN Location: Eagle Creek, INPay: $18.50/hrShift: 1st- 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM 3rd- 6:00 PM- 6:00 AMSchedule Pattern: Rotating 2/2/3 schedule with built-in overtime opportunities.Key Responsibilities
• Assemble, pack, and label healthcare and testing kits • Follow computer-guided instructions to pick products and components • Verify order accuracy before shipment • Transfer completed kits into shipping containers • Apply labels and prepare packages for delivery carriers • Rotate between different workstations after training • Maintain quality and productivity standards Required Qualifications
• Ability to stand for extended periods, including up to 12-hour shifts • Strong attention to detail • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer skills • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. • Reliable attendance and willingness to work a rotating schedule Preferred Experience
• Kitting • Packing • Assembly • Production work • Warehouse operations • Picking and packing Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagle Creek, IN 46214. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
