Job Title: Shipping and Production Coordinator ($22.00-24.00/hr.) Job DescriptionThe Shipping and Production Coordinator supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by processing production orders, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating shipping activities. This role combines office-based administrative work with hands-on support in the warehouse, ensuring that materials, orders, and information flow smoothly through the ERP system and across production teams. • Process, release, and track production orders through the ERP system to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing workflows. • Print certificates, work orders, labels, reports, and other production documentation needed for daily operations. • Scan, file, copy, and maintain organized production records for easy retrieval and audit readiness. • Perform accurate data entry for production-related information, inventory transactions, and order updates. • Utilize Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SAP, and cloud-based software (such as ATLAS) to manage production and shipping activities. • Support cloud-based systems and production software by entering data, generating reports, and resolving basic issues. • Assist with inventory transactions, including recording movements and adjustments to keep inventory records current. • Track production status and update information in the system so internal teams have real-time visibility into orders. • Communicate with internal departments regarding production status, material availability, and order changes. • Respond to internal and external email inquiries and answer phone calls to provide information and resolve questions. • Support warehouse and production operations with documentation, organization, and administrative tasks. • Help coordinate materials and workflow between office and warehouse teams to keep production moving efficiently. • Work primarily on the computer in an office setting while also going into the warehouse as needed to support shipping and production activities. • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry to support quality assurance and traceability requirements. • Assist with shipping-related tasks such as order pulling and preparing documentation for carriers including FedEx and UPS. • Provide general administrative support to production and warehouse teams and assist with additional functions as needed. Essential Skills

• Previous administrative, coordinator, or office support experience within a manufacturing environment. • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Teams. • Experience working with ERP systems, with SAP experience highly preferred. • Experience in inventory, production planning, or manufacturing support. • Accurate and high-volume data entry skills. • Experience with shipping processes and documentation, including working with carriers such as FedEx and UPS. • Ability to use logistics-related systems and tools to support shipping and production activities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for phone and email interactions. • Ability to work effectively with both office and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling records and documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using cloud-based software platforms such as ATLAS or similar systems. • Familiarity with logistics coordination and order pulling in a warehouse environment. • Comfort working on the manufacturing floor and in proximity to electronic equipment and production lines. • Ability to learn new software tools and adapt to evolving production systems. • Interest in supporting continuous improvement and efficient workflow in a manufacturing setting.
