What You’ll Do
• Assemble metal hatches and panels using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and tape measures. • Read and interpret blueprints to complete accurate mechanical assemblies. • Install insulation and prepare panels for painting. • Hang panels on hooks for the paint process. • Package completed assemblies and verify parts/quantities for shipment. • Cross‑train in multiple departments to expand your skill set. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. What You Bring
• 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience. • Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately with a tape measure. • Comfortable using hand and power tools. • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. • Reliable attendance and ability to lift 50 lbs. • High School Diploma or GED. Preferred:
• Experience in automotive, metal fabrication, or mechanical environments. • Familiarity with torque tools and metal assembly. • Strong work ethic and interest in long‑term growth. Benefits After Hire
