• Operate excavator, skid steer, bulldozer, loaders and other types of equipment for utility and dirt work job sites. • Lead crews of 15+ workers on new construction commercial/civil projects. • Experience with management, ordering materials, meeting deadlines, and coordinating manpower with sub-contractors. • Manage both Operators and Pipe Layers, scheduling manpower and ensuring work is done on time. • Managing work load between employees and other subs on site. Home every night, no overnight travel or stay. Local work, shop based in York PA.
