Job Title: Maintenance WelderJob DescriptionThe role involves welding and maintaining components that are ultimately assembled into a conveyor system. You will work with blueprints, quality tools, and other fabrication equipment to ensure precision and quality. Responsibilities • Weld and maintain components for conveyor systems. • Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings. • Utilize quality tools and fabrication equipment effectively. • Ensure all work meets production standards and specifications. Essential Skills • Minimum of 2 years experience in MIG welding. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. • Experience working with stainless steel. • Ability to perform maintenance and fabrication tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with TIG welding and grinding. • Knowledge of production processes. Work EnvironmentWork on the 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm in a well-maintained and organized facility. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mequon, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
